What payment methods do you accept?

You'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order summary as soon as your payment is completed.

In order to track your items being processed, you will first need to click My account, and then my orders under my orders click view details in accordance to the invoice assigned to the order summary, under this you will see the item processing, ready for shipping, out for delivery, to delivered.

You can register for an online account by clicking the "Register" link or by selecting "Register" in the top-right corner of the homepage.

If you're already a Reliable Sign Supply customer, we'll only need a couple of details to set up your account. Providing your account number will help speed up the process.

If you're new to Reliable Sign Supply, we'll ask for some basic contact and company information. If your company has a website or social media page, you're welcome to include the link so we can learn more about your business.

Your application will be processed within 24 business hours or sooner depending on demand.

Once your account is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with a confirmed created password. After that, you'll be ready to sign in.

If we're unable to verify your business, we'll send a follow-up email requesting additional information. Please note that, as a wholesaler, we can only sell to businesses that have sign-making equipment or related capabilities.

During checkout on the Shipments page, please note whether your order will be picked up or delivered. If you plan to pick up your order, simply indicate that it will be picked up at our location, as long as the items are available at the branch.

Under My account you will be able to track unpaid/paid invoices through our payments & invoices section. You can make payment and track payment history.

You will find this under My account, click manage account under this tab you will see Tax certification click this. You will be able to upload your certification here.
